Providing information to neighbours and stakeholders

We use the information that you have given us in order to keep in touch with interested parties, neighbours and stakeholders in the progression and development of our business aspirations.

Your information is securely stored in our cloud-based storage systems.
We keep Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, email and postal address and contact details) for business development and operational purposes until the contract or consent expires or is terminated.
We will then dispose your information within one year by erasure if there no statutory or legal requirement to retain it.
We retain consenting contacts received and review their relevance annually, consent may be withdrawn at anytime by contacting: admin_tipp@nephinrenewablegas.com
We retain CVs of staff until a year after employment ceases.
We retain CVs of unsuccessful applicants for 12 weeks after the job is filled
