Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • The planning and development of biomethane and associated projects

  • Providing information to neighbours and stakeholders

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Consenting participants at conferences and academic events which we attend or participate in

We use the information that you have given us in order to keep in touch with interested parties, neighbours and stakeholders in the progression and development of our business aspirations.

We may share this information with our professional consultants and advisors with your permission, given by either consent or contract.

Your information is securely stored in our cloud-based storage systems.

  • We keep Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name, email and postal address and contact details) for business development and operational purposes until the contract or consent expires or is terminated.

  • We will then dispose your information within one year by erasure if there no statutory or legal requirement to retain it.

  • We retain consenting contacts received and review their relevance annually, consent may be withdrawn at anytime by contacting: admin_tipp@nephinrenewablegas.com

  • We retain CVs of staff until a year after employment ceases.

  • We retain CVs of unsuccessful applicants for 12 weeks after the job is filled
